Vitamin B3 Showing Promise of Being a Helpful, Natural Autism Treatment

As the number of people affected by Autism grows, so do the groundbreaking advancements. Autism isn’t a sentence for you or your loved one to lead an unfulfilled life. Bottom line – it’s important that someone with Autism take supplements. The Autistic body is often deficient in several areas, and in order to maintain the best health possible, it’s important that you supplement these deficiencies. With more studies, Vitamin B3 could be a very big step in the direction of solving the mystery of Autism.

    That seems viable to me since my daughters symptoms were minimal when she was very young, ie I could control her diet much more where as , as she got older and refused a sensible diet in favour of soft drinks and take frozen foods / takeouts , things declined !!! whils she is a lot more stable the weeks when she is refusing sensible food in favour of choclate and junk there is a marked difference in her so regarding circumstantial evidence alone it may appear to be effective.

Normally, B3 rich food includes: nuts, iver, soy flour, potatoes, beans, brewer’s yeast, dates, figs, eggs, green leafy vegetables, mushroom, organs meat, peas, poultry, prunes. Remember, even though you are dosing B3, you need to also take B complex to increas its absorption.

    Hello everybody, It is worth trying but just be aware that there would sometimes be a “flushing” effects on the body kinda of a warming effects due to the B3. Also, in large amount the liver might be affected and so you could take a break like after 2 months for the liver to regenerate. Make sure to get a physician when taking this especially if you have liver condition. Like I said before, take with B complex for best absorption. Take 400mg twice a day for under 120 pounds along with 50 mg B complex.

    Hi Panna, Not quite sure of a liquid B3 as most comes in slow-release tablet but you could crush it and mix with small amount of drink.

    Hi Gretchen, I haven’t heard of a B3 nasal or patch form but I am sure any compounding pharmacy can come up with the idea. If you take the pill and crush them you could mix with his favourite drink.
