Autism and Vaccination Rates in Cuba and the United States – Part Two
In the United States acetaminophen is routinely advised in conjunction with childhood vaccinations to control fever and discomfort. The Cuban perspective is that fever is a natural response to the vaccination which doesn’t need treatment unless the fever persists or rises above 104 degrees.
Why Are Autism Rates in Israel So Low?
Approximately 1 in 88 children in the United States have some form of Autism. Only 1 out of every 2400 Israelite children have this condition.
New Research in Vaccines: Infant Monkeys Given Standard Doses of Vaccines Develop Autism Symptoms
Recently, new findings have been released showing that infant monkeys given vaccines recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) exhibited autism-like symptoms.
Can Autism be Prevented? What are some Preventative Measures Parents Can Take?
These are not 100% definitive and guaranteed measures that will ensure your child do0es not develop autism, but they certainly are some well-respected options and choices that you can make.
During Pregnancy
- Avoid consuming alcohol.
- Avoid eating known food allergens.
- Get prompt treatment for any infection.
- Avoid exposure to heavy metals.
During Infancy
- Parents need to become well-informed on the pros and cons of infant vaccinations in order to make educated decisions as to which vaccinations their child receives.
- In autism that is caused by allergies, symptoms may become visible during early infancy. Should a child show excessive thirst, excessive sweating (at night), low blood glucose, diarrhea, bloating, rhinitis, inability to control body temperature, red face and/or ears, and dark circles under the eyes, it is important to act quickly and aggressively to identify and remove potential allergens.
- Some children may have autism triggered by food and/or chemical intolerances with the main offenders being wheat, dairy, corn, sugar, and citrus fruits. However, allergies may be a reaction to virtually any substance.

New Study Claims Vaccines Are Safe – Is It True?
A recent study conducted by the Nonprofit Institute of Medicine, has been released that advises that vaccines are not as dangerous as once believed. Is it too quick to assume this? Or should you make your appointment at the doctor’s office for Vaccines. Don’t so either until you read this post!
H1N1 Vaccine Possibly Linked to Autism
The Center for Disease Control said on Friday that H1N1 is widespread through 48 states. People are heading to their doctor’s to obtain the vaccine to protect them from this dangerous and life threatening flu strain. While the vaccine is something that many people do not think twice about obtaining if they have the opportunity, the constant research into the vaccine is turning up risks and side effects that are causing some people are a bit more hesitant in getting the vaccine.
The FDA’s website lists mercury, squalene and formaldehyde among some of the ingredients in the swine flu H1N1 shot. Researchers have found Mercury to cause uncontrollable seizures in primates. Scientific studies have also proven mercury poisoning causes neurological damage.
Another ingredient in the H1N1 vaccine is Thimerosal. Thimerosal has powerful and damaging effects on cells of the nervous and immune systems in mammals including humans. Its effect may vary depending on the dose, the genetics of the individual, and the timing of exposure. The mercury dose from thimerosal produces acute and often deadly ethylmercury blood levels.
In addition to the ingredients which cause various reactions depending on our own chemical markup, researchers claim that the H1N1 vaccine can cause viral overload. The vaccine itself is a “dead virus.”” This means that it is inactive and waiting to be incorporated into the human genome. Once it is placed into the human body, it prompts the body to create antibodies to protect any future invasions of the same (but live) virus.
Perhaps the most dangerous part of this process is that the viral load is increased while your immune system is decreased. This can be a perfect scenario for an extreme case of auto-immune disease. There have even been some researchers that report high viral load in Autism cases.

Ian’s Voice
Parents – Can you remember exactly what you were doing with your child when they were 47 days old? Seems to be a random question to ask, and one that I wouldn’t be surprised if you
were not able to accurately answer. Scott and Deanna Gromowski will certainly not forget that they were saying goodbye to their newborn baby son, Ian on his 47th day of life.
Ian was born 2 weeks premature. Weighing in at an impressive 8 lbs, 1.5 oz and 20 1/2 inches tall, he seemed to be as healthy as any baby should be. Soon after he was born, the doctor’s decided to move Ian to the NICU due to fear of Meconium Aspiration (MAS), which is the inhalation of meconium and amniotic fluid. This can occur before, during or after birth and is very common. In the most extreme of cases, the infant is placed in ICU for 2 weeks while the fluid drains from the lungs.
After being in the NICU for 24 hours, it was confirmed that Ian had MAS along with a fever and rapid breathing. He had to be fed via a stomach tube. Despite his condition, the doctors remained confident that Ian would be released to go home that day. Scott and Deanna were overjoyed and started preparing to go home with their new baby boy.
Despite the doctor’s confidence of Ian’s expected release, Deanna had something eating away at her – Mommy Instinct. She noticed that Ian seemed to be constantly in pain and wincing at it. The nurses were called and Ian was transferred again to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Mom and Dad waited patiently for news on his condition.
On day 4 of his most recent trip to the NICU, Ian was celebrating his one week …
Autism, Vitamin A and Vaccinations
A few weeks ago, I blogged about Vitamin D and how the rise in Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to the rise in autism, but vitamin D is not the only deficiency that has been linked to autism and some people are suggesting that a deficiency in vitamin A may be responsible.
As I have said before, the Standard American Diet is not healthy and, although we may be eating a lot and filling ourselves up, many of us are actually malnourished because our diet does not contain enough of the essential nutrients that our bodies need to function properly and for our children to develop and grow correctly. Instead our diets are high in sugar, fats, salt and empty calories. However, low fat diets can also be bad for us because by not eating an adequate amount of fat we may actually be causing our bodies to be deficient in vitamin A, which is found in foods like full fat dairy foods, liver and cod liver oil.
Autism and Vaccines
In a study entitled “Is Autism a G-Alpha Protein Defect Reversible with Natural Vitamin A?”, Mary Megson, MD, a developmental pediatrician, argues that “Autism may be a disorder linked to the disruption of the G-alpha protein, affecting retinoid receptors in the brain” and that some cases of autism may be caused by “inserting a G-alpha protein defect, the pertussis toxin found in the D.P.T. vaccine, into genetically at-risk children”. This study also argues that the live viral measles vaccine (MMR) depletes a child’s existing supply of vitamin A and so has a negative impact on the retinoid receptors in the brain.
Megson, in an article entitled “Autism and Vaccinations”, reports that this G-Alpha protein defect causes:-
- Night blindness
- Problems seeing light-to-dark shading
- Problems perceiving what they are seeing
